My Baptism

I can't believe I forgot to post about my baptism!?!?!?  I guess things were just so busy around here, with having to go to the mayo clinic the day after that we all forgot to share about it!

The timing worked out great - we were able to have my baptism while Grandpa and Na were here. In addition to Gpa and Na - most of my favorite people were able to be there that day - my godparents - Annie and Jeff, and my friends Ky and Pax, my Auntie Jess and Uncle Shawn, Grandma LaRae, Auntie Jenny and my cousin Ty, my friend Will and Brooke and their Mom Leah, and Grandma Vicky and Grandpa Gary (Ky and Pax's grandparents, but they share with me :)). 

The service was beautiful it was a little hot out but we were ok, Mommy and Daddy kept me shaded!

My First Swim

I went swimming for the first time on Daddy's Birthday. I thought it was a pretty good gift to give him - memories to last a lifetime!!!!

22/23 weeks old

Had to do a combo photo. We were pretty busy getting settled in at our hotel in Rochester and preparing for our appts. Anyway - here i am at 23 weeks old!!!

Mommy looked in the rear view mirror and this is what she saw. We were on our way to Jenny's wedding. All Mommy could think was how much she loves our little family and how much Daddy loves his baby girl (me :)). Little did she know how her whole world would change the next morning with one phone call. Post on that coming soon.

I can sit up all by myself!!!!!  I started doing this on June 20th while we were at the Mayo Clinic. Pretty awesome huh? Don't mind the lower quality cell phone pics. Mommy didn't have time to grab the camera...

Mayo Clinic - My First Trip - June 2013

I have to say, as much as it sucks to HAVE to go the the Mayo Clinic it sure is quite the experience. Not only did the Doctors impress us we really thought the children's clinic was pretty coll!

The decor was amazing and we loved that there were benches everywhere instead of just chairs. The exam rooms were even comfortable (and each has their own tv that you get the remote to!). 

Unfortunately we will be spending more time there - but at least we know when we go back that we are going to be getting the best experience possible!

Each "door" and set of room has its own theme. We loved that the Doctors come to the Peds floor to see Peds patients whenever possible instead of us carting Harper all over creation!  

Gotta remember to bring the good camera when we go back in September!

Mommy's First Mothers Day

Mommy was so excited for her first Mother's Day. I got her a cool gift - a pot painted with a butterfly that I made from my feet. The ladies at Daycare helped me make it. Mommy cried when she saw it. It was amazing. 

Unfortunately a good portion of that weekend was spent in the ER because I didn't feel good. I ended up having a UTI :(. But I feel much better now and hope that it was just a fluke and that I don't get them too often!

Cousins

I have 4 boy cousins. That's a lot of boys. One of them likes to kiss me a lot. I am not sure about that. Maybe he will play babies with me some day????  Hmmmmm. Maybe boy cousins will be ok.
