I Am 10 Weeks Old!!!

D-day - March 18th, 2013

D-day - the day I started daycare. Mommy cried. A lot. So far I like it there but I do miss Gma Lauri and of course Mommy. She liked being able to give me lots of kisses and snuggle on her breaks.

I know I will love it there someday. The ladies (Beth and D) seem really nice so I will give it a chance :). Mommy likes it because she got some good recommendations from friends. My friend Alivia is there and she really loves me so that is fun too. Once I am bigger I will get to play with her more. The other nice thing is it is close by so in the summer mommy says we can walk there. Plus she wants to go on some of our field trips so that will be fun too.

St.Patricks Day!

We stayed at my Gma LaRae's house after my shower last weekend. I spent some time with Daddy and Grandpa John while they played Madden (maybe they will let me play someday!!!). Gpa John even held me now that my head is more stable - I love him.

I also got dressed up for St. Patrick's Day. This outfit is the first one that I have worn that isn't a one piece!!!! I looked pretty cute if I do say so myself :)

before we headed home we stopped by to see GG Linda and GGpa Rick. I was a little fussy so we didn't spend as much time there as I wanted but it was enough time for Mommy to take a picture lol.

Another Party In My Honor!!!

Last weekend Daddy's family threw me a shower. It was awesome. I got to meet a few more people that I hadn't met yet and got tons of cool presents!

The best was a shirt that Great Gma Linda had bought for Daddy before he was born - it said 1st Granddaughter. When he wasn't a girl it got passed to Grandmas twin LaNette who also had a boy. After that it was packed away and not seen again for 31 years when LaNette was packing to move. She gave it back to Grandma so she could give it to me at the party :)

I love them all so much and can't wait to play with all the cool presents I got. Plus I will be pretty cute in all the new clothes they gave me (of course, I am always cute).

I Am 8 Weeks Old!!!!

March 11th, 2013 I turned 8 weeks old! It's my 2 Month birthday this week too so I get to have lots of pictures taken! I like my whale outfit in this picture :)

I Am a World Traveler

Mommy packed me up for a long car ride to Chicago to see her cousin Pat marry this really pretty lady Amanda. They sent me a cute gift when I was born so it was the least I could do :). Everyone ooooh'd and aaaaah'd over me and I got lots of snuggling time in as we'll as getting to meet a few people I hadn't met yet. Everyone said I was a really good baby and that I was really cute (well duh)!

We got to take a Gma and Granddaughter picture with my Great Aunties Luann and Barb and my cousins Aubrey and Kourtney. I really had fun with the babies my age and look forward to spending lots of time with them growing up. I love having cousins my age!!!! It was nice for Mommy too because she got lots of advice from Kourtney's Mommy Sandy, since her daughter is only a few weeks older then me, about how to be a good Mom (even though I already think she is) and what milestones I have coming up!

It was a lot of driving but I slept for 95% of it so it was easy peasy!!!!
