Happy Valentine's Day!

Daddy surprised me and got me beautiful flowers for Valentine's Day. He loves me so much it made Mommy cry! Here is a picture :). Aren't they pretty?!?!?

Princess Party

My auntie Tracie and Mommy's friend Cassie threw me a Princess party on February 8th. Everyone wanted to snuggle me and give me presents. It was soooooo much fun.

The only part I didn't like was the outfit mommy put me in. It was too frilly for me. I just wanted to be comfy so she let me change after she tortured me with a few photos ;)

Daddy even showed up at the end of the party because he missed me. I am so loved (but really is that any surprise lol)

My first blizzard!

Sunday February 10th we had a huge blizzard! Daddy spent all day snow blowing while mommy and I cuddled and cooked yummy food for her and daddy to eat. Every time he would come in from clearing the snow it would snow more or drift in. Silly daddy could have been in snuggling with us lol.

Super Bowl Sunday

Just wanted to drop by and share about my day today as well as a picture of Daddy and I from Super Bowl Sunday.

We got to go visit my Godparents Annie and Jeff and their two boys - Kyser and Paxton (they are adopted just like me!!!!). Mommy got me dressed and loaded into the car while we waited for Daddy to get ready. When we got to their house Annie pointed out that Daddy and I matched. I think he loves me soooooooo much he wanted to match me but he says he really didn't plan it :)

We watched the pre-game show (Jeff really loves football and is soooooo smart - i like him a lot) and it was so cool because we got to talk about how the 49ers QB is also adopted and his parents are "vanilla and he is part chocolate" according to Kyser. I am not sure what that means but I am sure Mommy will explain when I am older....

We also got to meet Leah (Annie's sister) and Rick, Allison, and their little boy Ryker. He likes to giggle a lot. I am excited for when I am bigger and I can play with him.

Leah gave me my present at the party and it is the cutest outfit ever!!!! I can't wait to wear it to my party this week and show it off to everyone. Mommy says I get to wear it for pictures with Vicky in a few months too :). Below is a picture of Leah snuggling me. She is really good at that and I hope Mommy lets her visit again soon. Plus she smells good and I smelled like her perfume after - it was nice.

Hello World!

Hi! My name is Harper. I finally got a chance to use Mommy's iPad and start a blog so I can share what's going on in my life :)

Today is February 3rd, 2013 - I am 19 days old today (the oldest I have ever been!). Mom keeps telling me to stop growing but I just can't help it. At my Dr's appt. this week i had gained 6 ounces and grew 1/4 inch. I eat a lot so that is probably part of the problem.... I digress.

Today was a big day for me -
I got to have my first girls lunch. Not sure why they called it that since my cousin Ty was there, but it was fun whatever it was. Mom, Grandma Lauri, Grandma LaRae, Auntie Jenny, baby Ty and I all went to Longhorn steakhouse while the Boys+Auntie Brittany went to Monster Jam. They all had steak for lunch and talked about how amazing and adorable I am but they wouldn't share their food with me - I had to have the same old lunch (soy formula, it is delicious!).

We also got to see some of my newborn photos today that our friend Vicky took. Everyone keeps talking about how cute they are. Not sure why they are surprised - I mean they are of me! I am posting some below for you to see. I have a feeling Mommy is going to be ordering lots of them :)

Well it's time to wake Mommy up to feed me so I better wrap this up. I hope you enjoyed hearing about my day!
